On September 28, 2014 Broncos Support Services (BSS) will be hosting the 2nd Gurgaon Half Marathon. The Half marathon will start at Leisure Valley Park, in Sec 29 Gurgaon at 6 am. The 2nd Gurgaon Half Marathon is expected to attract more than 1000 conditioned athletes, runners and walkers as well as 10,000 participants from around the City. Comparable events in neighbouring Airtel Delhi Half Marathon had over 32000 participants. We expect many athletes will participate as this is a unique and appealing annual event. As of last year we had 4500 to 5000 participants. Additional running and walking events are provided for the whole family including a Half Marathon, kid’s incremental marathon 5k race and Fun Run of 7K. Considering the Corporate presence in Gurgaon, this event will encourage better life style and social responsibilities by engaging with different NGO’s associated with Gurgaon Half Marathon 2014. A marathon is a lifetime achievement and we are excited to bring this Half Marathon to Gurgaon and anticipate an increasing number of athletes andparticipants will look forward to returning annually.

A US visa interview will now be a two-day affair instead of just one, the US consulate announced on Wednesday evening Rudraksh Group. 

Officials said spreading out the process over two days would make it smoother and faster Rudraksh Group.

The changes in the visa proceedings have been brought to effect from Wednesday Rudraksh Group .

Photographs will be clicked and fingerprints collected on the first day. The second day will be reserved for the interview.

“On the first day,  Rudraksh Group a person applying for the visa will have to visit the offsite facilitation centre to get the photograph clicked and give his fingerprints,” said Lauren B. Armenise,  Rudraksh Group vice-consul, Consulate General of the US, in Calcutta. “The second visit will be made to the consulate for the interview.”

Spliting the process will make it less cumbersome for a visa-seeker, who would not have to spend more than an hour on each of the two days, said officials.

The US embassies and consulates in India Rudraksh Group , which introduced the new system, said visa-seekers under the old system had to spend the entire day at the consulate because taking the photograph, giving fingerprints and the visa interview  Rudraksh Group all happened on the same day.

“People will now be able to make appointments by calling up the call centres. They will be able to telephone and get dates according to their convenience. The two dates could be between a day and 10 days apart,” said Wendy Kennedy, consular section chief of the Consulate General of the United States of America Rudraksh Group .

“A call centre has come up at Hyderabad, apart from the one at Noida,” she added.

At present the services part is covered by a central statute while the goods segment is covered by state statues, which is leading to situations where total taxable value of goods and services portion of the contract is exceeding the actual value of the contract. “GST will ensure a uniform treatment of goods and services forming part of composite agreements of works of contractors and developers. This will not only help the industry but will lead to lower price for the customers,” said the spokesperson of Emaar MGF.

Though most of the policy frameworks in real estate sector come under state government’s purview, there are still many fiscal and monetary stimuli the Union Government can award to this sector to give a boost.There are primarily three concerns which need serious attention in the budget.First is bringing real estate into infrastructure ambit. This will ensure application of infrastructure policies to this sector as well and will directly benefit the sector in terms of availability of funds.

Secondly, government should extend home loan principal repayment exemption limit from Rs 1 lakh to minimum of Rs 3 Lakh from taxable income under Section 80C/80CCC/80CCD. This is an immediate requirement which will benefit home buyers’ pockets and in turn will boost sales. Also, currently there is an income tax benefit of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs per person for the amount paid towards interest component of a Home Loan. Emaar MGF spokesperson also said, “This benefit was introduced in year 2001 and in last 13 years property prices have moved up two to three times. Government, therefore, should extend this limit to a minimum limit of Rs 3 Lakhs.”

The third angle government must attend to, is the policy framework for REITs. REITs have been long awaited by India’s real estate industry, as India moves in to a high GDP growth it will require supporting infrastructure of commercial, and office space to create. He also added, “REITS is one of the best and transparent ways to fund this growth, with both Domestic and International investors keen to invest in to a high growth economy. Government must bring in the necessary legislations and guidelines to enable roll out of REITs, this has the potential to boost not only Real Estate sector but also the upstream sectors like cement and steel and create large scale employment across various skill levels.” Emaar MGF also added, the Government has also given concession in the TDS applicable on interest remitted to Foreign Institutional Investors or Qualified Foreign Investors. This rate of interest for availing concessional rate of TDS is presently linked to the prime lending rate hence the benefit is not applicable to all such instrument holders. If this rate is made free of any minimal interest rate requirements, then it would help bring in much needed foreign cash-flows into real estate as well as other industries of the country.

During his spiritual journey Guruji has been with well known master like J. Krishna Murti, Osho, Vimala Thakar, Maa Anandmayee, Shri Onkar Nath Thakur, Taat Wale Baba ji etc. He believes whatever he has got is only with the blessings of God. He has got such a special knowledge from God’s grace that either by looking at a person, or his photo or listening to one’s voice, he can tell everything about the diseases and all other problems so easily like he has been watching his past, present or future as a movie. He says that this is the science of God which he attained by meditation of number of years and blessings of God.

 

Param Pujya Brahmrishi Shree Kumar Swami Ji was born on January 22, 1954 at Shree Karanpur in Rajasthan in a religious farmer family. It is because of God’s unique grace that only at the age of 12 he studied the holy books of all the religions and during this time the holy book ‘Maykhana’ was written by him which uncovers extremely hidden spiritual secrets and soofi thinking. Param Pujya Brahmrishi Shree Kumar Swami ji has unparalleled knowledge about the secrets of Ayurveda. At one time he was respected as the best doctor of the world. He has been personal doctors of the Presidents, Prime Ministers, several central Ministers and Ambassadors of different countries and Chief Ministers of several States of India.

 

By the blessings of Brahmrishi Shree Kumar Swami ji Premedical Checkup Camps, blood donation and eye care camps have been arranged in different samagams. Besides this food, blankets and cloths are also distributed among poor people.
